Title: Global multiplicity of polynomial applications
*Abstract: * Let F be a polynomial application on the field of complex numbers, with a finite fiber at the origin. In this seminar we will define the notion of global multiplicity m(F) associated to F, which is analogous to the multiplicity of ideals in a local Noetherian ring. This notion will allow us to numerically characterize the Newton non-degenerate condition at the infinity, through Newton's polyhedron and the integer closure of F.
